This was a really helpful episode. Very thought provoking. Helped me remember the past year, seeing where God has led me.
It also went, I think, really well with what I read in the Psalm 66 this morning:
Psalm 66:8-12
“Bless our God, O peoples, And sound His praise abroad, Who keeps us in life And does not allow our feet to slip. For You have tried us, O God; You have refined us as silver is refined. You brought us into the net; You laid an oppressive burden upon our loins. You made men ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water, Yet You brought us out into a place of abundance.”
Even when things seem so hopeless, God is leading us. And it’s all for our refinement. It’s pretty awesome to know a sovereign God who has all things planned out.
Thanks again for the ever thought provoking conversation! And happy new year!
Hi, pr. Sean and Jaquelle!
Thanks for it. I read an article that can be useful to the listeners of this episode 58. The title of the article is How Great (and Gentle) is our God! (http://headhearthand.org/blog/page/2/).
May God bless you all and happy new year.
Hey thanks, Nilton. And as for the article you linked, you can’t go wrong with David Murray.
